R&D Innovation Hub

With the development of our new R&D Innovation Hub at our Head Office this will allow supply chain certainty, mitigating risk for our clients. This will allow offsite opportunities including co-creation of project solutions as well as pre-fabrication solutions. The R&D Innovation Hub will support our vision and ambition of Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA).

The Innovation Hub will also act as a training and testing facility using technologies like Augmented & Virtual Reality.

We understand our obligation to reduce carbon emissions and help our clients design energy efficient buildings while maintaining value engineered solutions. Solutions that are developed by us are three-times as efficient as the mandatory requirements under ‘Part L’ of the building regulations for ‘Conservation of Fuel and Energy’.
